WHO IS THE TRAINING FOR?
Crisis communication training is intended for representatives of organisations whose employer
has a high risk of experiencing a crisis.
And - the crisis automatically leads to crisis communication.
The training should be attended by the entire management team, not just the Communication Manager/Specialist.
WHAT DOES THE TRAINING OFFER?
Do you know there are different crises?
There are crises where someone’s life is in danger, as are situations in which
an organisation gets into public interest with some questionable or even criminal act.
Such situations are all complex, and without sufficient preparation,
the organisation’s communication may get into paralysis, then into chaotic spinning.
During the training we teach:
* HOW TO RECOGNISE POSSIBLE CRISES
* WHAT STEPS CAN AN ORGANISATION TAKE TO INCREASE ITS READINESS
* HOW TO MAKE GOOD RISK COMMUNICATION
* WHAT IS THE LINK BETWEEN CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND CRISIS COMMUNICATION
* The training ends with an exercise and a press conference where questions are asked by real journalists.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TRAINING?
The organisation receives a specialist with basic knowledge who is able to draw up
crisis communication plans and choose the best possible way to communicate with journalists and the public.
The team as a whole learns to prepare their role in crisis and
crisis communication and understand the consequences of their actions.
AS A BONUS, WE HELP PARTICIPANTS IN THE TRAINING TO PREPARE
AN ORGANISATION’S RISK MATRIX IN ADVANCE.
DURATION OF THE TRAINING AND HOW WE CONDUCT IT
You can choose between two packages — either 8 academic hours or 16 academic hours
